BPS 03 Complete Set for Leak Testing with Water
Leak detection device by Aquametrics as a level measurement device for leak testing. Fast and easy operation of the measurement system for leak tests with water in pipelines and shafts, conducted as a water level probe.Note: The software for Aquametrics products is currently only available in German. If this is a concern, our technical customer support team is happy to assist you.
Water-Level Probe
Execution of leak testing for pipelines and shafts according to the following standards:
DIN 1986-30:2012-02
DIN EN 1610
DWA A-139
The high accuracy of the probe has been confirmed by LGA in Würzburg. The AquaDP software (only in German) functions as a standalone version and includes the module "Wasser" as a part of the software.
Advantages
High measurement accuracy even at low immersion depth
Level probe as a capacitive transmitter
High-quality ceramic measurement cell with pressure and temperature compensation
Probe can be directly used in wastewater
Probe extendable via chain (instead of pipe guidance)
Probe head can be used without tripod
Probe usable up to 10 m immersion depth (overload up to 300 mbar)
Up to 4 probes can be used simultaneously (optional)
Explosion-proof probe available as an option
Coarse filter included in the kit
Robust probe height adjustment for construction site use
Easy connection to PC or tablet via USB
Powered via USB with minimal power consumption
Our tests are performed according to standards such as DIN EN 1610, DWA-A 139, DIN 1986-30, DWA-M 149-6, DIN 1999-100, DIN 4040-100, DIN EN 805, and DVGW-W400.
Scope of Delivery
Aluminum tripod with triple height adjustment
With plastic screw connection M50 for probe adjustment
Test probe in ABS plastic transport case
PVC pipe DN40 for holding the test probe 2 x 1.2 m with connection coupling DN40
Pipe end caps DN40 for probe extension with chain, etc.
Coarse material filter attachable as probe protection for wastewater with fiber materials, etc.
Robust splash-proof converter with probe connection socket and USB output
Test software AquaDP (in German) as a standalone version with the software modules "Wasser" as part of the software.
For installation on Windows operating systems from WIN 7. For tablet, laptop, and office PC applications. (Windows 32-/64-bit)
Free online updates, always the latest standards and software versions available.
Maintenance and Service
Depending on the operating conditions, checking the measurement system is absolutely necessary. The recalibration interval depends on the specific application conditions (e.g., separator inspection). Recommended recalibration interval: 1 year.
Deposits on the ceramic membrane can lead to signal changes. In such cases, the ceramic membrane can be carefully cleaned of deposits using a commercially available descaler and a brush or soft bristle brush. Afterwards, rinse with cold water.
Aquametrics Leak Testing System (BPS03 GI)/ Separator Inspection as Part of General Inspection
Fields of Application
Water level testing (e.g., fill level test or water level measurement) as well as leak testing of pipelines, manholes, and separator systems such as oil or gasoline separators.
Leak tests on grease separators can also be performed quickly and easily.
