Small Pipe Sealing Plug with Schrader Valve, 2.5 bar, Pipe Diameter 20 - 75 mm
Small pipe sealing plug "Plugy" with schrader valve for application ranges from 20 - 75 mm, suitable for all types of pipelines.
The valve is protected with a metal cover. This cap can also be used to repair the valve, just put it on upside down and unscrew the valve inside.
Please note: The smallest bladder has a safety chain with a large ring so that the product cannot slip into the tube and get lost. Chain and ring can be removed individually! The towing eyelet cannot be removed.
For automated test procedures or other industrial applications, we therefore recommend ordering this version from us in advance without the chain and also without the shackle. This is an accessory product for small pipe sealing cushions with Schrader valve as well as for our flexible PVC sealing bags. You can find these fast shutoff products in the category called Pipe closure with schrader valve.
This hand pump is also available as a version with a coupling plug directly on the pump hose and without a connection for the schrader valve (all other features of the pump are the same as described above). This enables faster filling of small pipe plugs without a schrader valve up to approx. DN 300. This version of the hand air pump, which costs just as much as the other version with connection to a schrader valve, no longer has a connection for the schrader valve. However, you can fill smaller pipe plugs up to DN 300 more quickly, as there is no air resistance between the air pump and the adapter for the schrader valve by filling the plug directly via the coupling plug. Pneumatic Pipe Plug DN 200 - 600, Bypass 1" and 2"
Pneumatic pipe stopper for the closing of pipelines up to 4 bar back pressure. Consists of a robust metal core with a passageway and a high-quality rubber jacket, inflatable via an auto valve.
Depending on the model, the nominal width of the pipe closure ranges from DN 200 - 600, with 1" or 2" passage. The maximum inflation pressure is 6 bar. Suitable for temperature ranges from -20 to +80°C.
