What's special about the VIPER flushing camera?
Inspection and cleaning in one operation
By flushing under camera observation, inspection and cleaning are carried out simultaneously. The impressive full HD camera image of the VIPER flushing camera shows the causes of blockages without a separate camera inspection. Further measures such as pipe rehabilitation can be initiated immediately. This makes efficient use of working time, water, and fuel, and eliminates the need for time-consuming follow-up cleaning.
Excellent cleaning results and interchangeable nozzles
The switchable forward jet nozzle removes blockages immediately, allowing inspection to continue immediately. Causes are identified without additional inspection, and measures can be discussed directly with the customer. The modular design allows for the use of various nozzle types – including rope and chain throwers.
Excellent steerability, even in branches
The steerable camera enables inspection of branched pipe systems from a single access point. Due to the high pulling force of the cleaning nozzles, even vertical lines can be cleaned and inspected against the flow direction, e.g. B. at branches from the main sewer in property drainage systems.
Documentation via photo and video
Camera movements and cleaning results are documented simultaneously via video and photo. The entire process, including nozzle pressure, inclination, distance counter, and more, is continuously saved on a USB stick. A before-and-after video can be provided to the customer.
Exact localization of problem areas
The pipe routes and problem areas of all pipes, even previously unknown or decommissioned ones, can be precisely located using precise path length measurements and the integrated tracking transmitter.
Also perfectly suited for preparing for pipe renovations
Preparatory work such as root removal, removal of incrustations and deposits, or the removal of concrete residue in newly laid sewer pipes can be effectively carried out and documented in a single operation - without additional inspection equipment. Compliance with the prescribed maximum flushing pressure is ensured and documented by displaying it in the camera image, so that the cleaning process can be adapted to the degree of contamination. Sharp objects, obstacles, or heavy dirt are detected early, preventing damage or nozzle jamming.

What's special about the VIPER flushing camera?
Inspection and cleaning in one operation
Thanks to camera-assisted flushing, inspection and cleaning take place in a single step. The high-resolution full HD image provided by the VIPER flushing camera reveals the source of blockages without needing a separate inspection unit. Additional actions, such as pipe rehabilitation, can be initiated without delay. This approach optimizes the use of time, water, and fuel, while eliminating the need for repeated cleaning runs.
Excellent cleaning performance and flexible nozzle options
The selectable forward jet nozzle clears obstructions on the spot, allowing the inspection to proceed without interruption. The cause of the blockage becomes immediately visible, enabling real-time consultation with the customer. Thanks to its modular system, a variety of nozzle attachments – including chain and rope cleaners – can be used as needed.
Outstanding maneuverability – even in branched lines
The maneuverable camera allows comprehensive inspection of branched piping systems from just one access point. With the strong traction generated by the nozzles, even vertical pipes can be flushed and visually inspected against the flow direction – for example, at connections branching off from the main sewer line.
Visual documentation in photo and video
All camera movements and cleaning outcomes are captured simultaneously in both video and image format. The full process – including pressure data, angle, distance readouts, and more – is continuously recorded onto a USB drive. Customers can be provided with before-and-after footage for full transparency.
Precise detection of problem areas
Pipe layouts and damage zones, even in unknown or inactive lines, can be accurately traced using detailed path length data and the built-in signal transmitter.
Ideal for preparing sewer systems for renovation
Tasks such as removing roots, clearing deposits, or eliminating leftover concrete in newly laid pipes can be efficiently completed and recorded in one go – no separate inspection system required. The flushing pressure is constantly displayed in the camera feed, ensuring compliance with regulatory limits and allowing precise adaptation to the contamination level. Hazards like debris, sharp edges, or heavy buildup are detected early on, helping to prevent equipment damage or nozzle blockages.
