High-pressure sewer plugs are used to temporarily shut off pipelines with high counter pressure. The robust sewer plugs are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The strong profile grooves give the plug stability and ensure a secure hold in pipes and sewers. Our high-pressure sewer pipe plug is the ideal product type for shutting off pipes with a backflow height of up to 30 meters. These pipe plugs can withstand up to 3 bar counter pressure.
They are available in various diameter ranges for pipes from DN 70 to DN 1000. Our high-pressure sewer plugs are temperature-resistant at temperatures between -30°C and +70°C. The maximum working pressure is 6.0 bar (see technical data).
The high-pressure sewer pipe plug can be made of NBR rubber, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and derivatives, for an additional charge.
Grenade Sewer Nozzle, 1/2" - 5/4" for Cleaning and Flushing of Sewer Systems
The Grenade (Granate) is a highly effective sewer nozzle for cleaning and flushing sewer systems. It is used as a mixed nozzle to clean pipes and flush out waste with its concentrated jet action. By arranging the jets at different jet angles, the grenade achieves high cleaning power for routine cleaning work in sewers. The different versions are distinguished by their areas of application: Grenade 50 (1/2") Small, lightweight sewer nozzle for the 100 - 200 mm application range, for cleaning pipes and flushing out waste. Grenade 60 (3/4" or 1") Sewer nozzle for the application range 200 - 300 mm, with 2 different jet angles 10° and 30°, for regular cleaning of sewers and flushing out of waste. Grenade 70 (3/4" or 1") sewer nozzle for the application range 200 - 400 mm, with 3 different jet angles 5°, 15° and 35°. This nozzle has ceramic nozzles with a jet concentrator and a water conduction system. It is ideal for removing sand and stones from the lower part of the pipelines. Grenade 80 (3/4" or 1") sewer nozzle for application range 250 - 500 mm, with 2 different jet angles 10° and 30°, for cleaning and drainage works in sewers for large pipelines. Grenade 100 (3/4" or 1") sewer nozzle for the application range 300 - 600 mm, with 2 different jet angles 7° and 15°, very effective dirt dragging nozzle for dragging sand and stones in the sewer. Grenade 120 (1" or 5/4") sewer nozzle for application range 300 - 800 mm, with 3 different jet angles 7°, 14° and 21°, a nozzle with large internal lung, high power and hydraulic flow, ideal to overcome and clean large distances.
Tiger Standard Pipe Cleaning Nozzle 1/4" or 3/8"
Tiger pipe cleaning nozzle available with rear jet only or with additional front jet. Available in two connection sizes with 1/4" or 3/8" threads. Small, low cost nozzles with 4 or 6 ceramic rear jets for powerful cleaning. Small nozzle with 4-6 ceramic jets to the rear for strong propulsion. Range of application: Due to its compactness, the Tiger nozzle is ideal for small pipes and pipe bends, as it also comes around corners and curves well. The Pipe Wolf nozzle is an extremely aggressive specialty tool perfect for total blockages that are made from organic material. A hardened, tapered head with sharp edges utilizes turbine technology and spins approximately 10,000 rpms, boring a hole and opening up most any blockage in round and oval shaped pipes.
