High-pressure sewer test plug with bypass, for up to 3 bar counter pressure, at a Top price-performance ratio!.

High-pressure sewer pipe test plugs are used to temporarily shut off pipelines with high counter pressure. The dimensionally stable test plugs are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The strong profile grooves give the test plug stability and ensure a secure hold in pipes and sewers. Our high-pressure test bladder with bypass (size 1/2" - 2", depending on the model, see technical data) is the ideal product type for shutting off pipes with a backflow height of up to 30 meters. These pipe test plugs can withstand up to 3 bar counter pressure.

The high-pressure test plugs are available in various diameter ranges for pipes from DN 70 to DN 1000. They are temperature-resistant at temperatures between -30°C and +70°C. The maximum working pressure is 6.0 bar (see technical data).

For an additional charge, the sewer test plug can be made from NBR rubber, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and derivatives.
