Different versions for pipe diameters from 30 to 320 mm. Hose length in all variants :150 mm, i.e. 6".

Made of soft PVC, without a reinforcing fabric insert. This means that the pipe closure adapt to the profile of the pipe to a certain extent. Please note the respective area of application.

No air compressor required! The product is inflated with a normal air pump. Thanks to the permanently attached hose and car valve, immediately Ready for use when time is of the essence

Ideal for uncomplicated shut-off in/on buildings, e.g. for roof drains, floor drains and others bent pipes in the house area. Due to the flexible material, the pipe seals are suitable for pipes with slight deformations. This pipe seal can also be used against pressing flood water up to a water column of 5 m (corresponds to 0.5 bar back pressure).

For filling, please only use hand-operated air pumps with a manometer. The maximum operating pressure is 1 bar for all sizes. A standard bicycle pump is ideal, for example, provided it has an attachment for tire valves. If required, you will find a suitable hand pump with an ergonomic handle in our shop.

Extra short pipe plugs for temporarily closing pipes with very short pipe lengths. These pipe stoppers are mainly used when you want to close small, very short pipes with a relatively precise diameter. Due to their size, these extra short pipe closures are also ideal for short pipe lengths in the house connection area. Models / Diameter With the extra short pipe plug up to DN 75 you always get an air hose with a schrader valve for easier inflation (see pictures). You can inflate these pipe closures very easily with a bicycle pump. These pipe sealing cushions up to DN 75 only have a very small diameter range or only ONE almost exact diameter for which the pipe sealing cushions can be inflated. The larger models of this short pipe sealing cushion from DN 100 have a normal valve for inflating the pipe stopper with a compressor instead of an air hose. These pipe closures also come in models with a larger diameter range (e.g. DN 100-150). We offer the extra short pipe sealing cushions in 16 different sizes. The solid fabric of the sealing cushions is made from SBR + NR mixed rubber. The slatted design of the rubber also contributes to increased strength of the pipe closure in the pipe. These pipe plugs can also be made from NBR rubber on request, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and derivatives. Temperature range between -30° C and +70° C, working pressure 2.5 bar.
