Product information "Inflatable Rubber Plugs for T-Packers"
Inflatable rubber plugs for T-packers from Sanikom. Available in 5 application ranges from 100 - 250 mm diameter. Operating pressure between 1.2 and 1.4 bar, depending on the version.
Sanikom Silicon Bladers / T-Blader Inhouse Repair System, used for installing T Felt Liners. Silicone bladders requiring low installation pressure of 0.6 - 0.8 bar only. Several sizes available (DN 70 - 200).
Packer sleeve made of fabric-supported silicone with slight elasticity. The T-Packer is used without release agent as no resin adheres. Suitable for both cold and steam curing.
Side connection: DN 40 to DN 150 (90° or 45°).
Maximum pressure: 1.0 bar
Sanikom T-profile liner / T-Felt Liner 3.3 mm with PU coating for house connection repair. Available in different sizes, see Technical details. Dimensions of the T-profile liner: 50 cm / 25 cm (see illustration).
T- Felt Liner Impregnation- Mixing the resin and impregnating the T-liner- The resin must be mixed in the correct ratio- The resin must be mixed for 3 minutes- Pour the resin onto the liner and massage it deep into the structure of the T-Liner. Check the complete impregnation by looking into the T-liner- Impregnation (impregnation) without white spots
Fill the packer with T-Liner- Push silicone packer side connector into packer and place packer under vacuum place- Pull T-Liner over packer (positioning over inverted side port)- Invert the packer side port out with light pressure- Reduce packer pressure to invert the side port including the T-liner into the packer (without folding).- Put the packer under vacuum- Fix the T-Liner with crepe tape
Please note: The side connector should be pushed into the packer against the direction of installation.
We recommend the use of the following epoxy resin systems:
- Sani EXRR-2 (order number 1064415)- Sani EXR-2 (order number 1064416)
Sanikom packer basic holder for silicone bladers, with aluminium elements, for T-House Connection Repair.
Available in 4 versions from DN 30 - 87 mm, for recommended silicone T-blader sizes from DN 70 - 200 mm.
Epoxy resin system with low viscosity for the main pipe area, consisting of resin and hardener, for pipe liners. Produces a robust pipe material for section rehabilitation in combination with pipe liners. Very fast curing times compared to other products in the same price category! Price per bundle.
There are 6 different epoxy systems to choose from (for properties, see Technical Data):
EXRR-2 (Bundle 14 kg + 4,2 kg) and EXR-2 (Bundle 14 kg + 3,9 kg)
- medium viscosity
- cure very quickly at room temperature
- suitable for cold regions such as Scandinavia as they react down to 5 degrees Celsius
- high mechanical and Résistance chimique as well as temperature resistance even when cured in the room
- hardeners from both systems can also be used in combination with SANIKOM thick epoxy resin so that they do not run into the lateral or internal connection.
EX1-2 and EX2-2 (Bundle 14 kg + 3,5 kg each)
- Medium viscosity
- Fast curing
- Suitable for short to medium installation lengths
- High mechanical and Résistance chimique as well as temperature resistance even with room curing
- Hardeners from both systems can also be used in combination with SANIKOM thick epoxy resin so that they do not run into the side or in-house connection.
EX4-2 (Bundle 14 kg + 2,8 kg)
- Excellent reactive system with low viscosity and a good ratio between working and curing time
- suitable for short to medium paving lengths
- high mechanical and Résistance chimique as well as temperature resistance when the epoxy system is cured at a temperature of 50-80 degrees Celsius.
EX9-15 HV (Bundle 13 kg + 4,55 kg)
- high viscosity, low reaction system with very long processing time
- only hardens at high temperatures, requires heat
- suitable for long paving lengths ans special applications
- can also be used as a pre-impregnation system
- this system features high mechanical and Résistance chimique as well as high temperature resistance when cured at a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius.
