Impregnation Tables

Impregnation tables are used in the inliner process to impregnate a rigid fabric tube, the liner, with epoxy resin. The liner is then drawn into the inversion drum and quickly inserted into the pipe. In conjunction with a calibration roller, the impregnation table plays an important role in preparing for inliner rehabilitation, as it enables an even distribution of the epoxy resin over the fabric material.

It is important that the table is very stable and facilitates liner handling. In addition to fully equipped electric impregnation systems with foot pedal control, we also offer manual calibration rollers for retrofitting.
