Depending on the operating conditions, checking the measurement system is absolutely necessary. The recalibration interval depends on the specific application conditions (e.g., separator inspection). Recommended recalibration interval: 1 year.
Deposits on the ceramic membrane can lead to signal changes. In such cases, the ceramic membrane can be carefully cleaned of deposits using a commercially available descaler and a brush or soft bristle brush. Afterwards, rinse with cold water.
Flexible Pipe Sealing Pads PU-F 70 - 1600 mm
The lightweight and flexible sealing pad design of type PU-F without metal core applicable at 2.5 bar operating pressure up to 1,000 mm is suitable for fast and reliable sealing. Can also be used to shut off sewers, pipelines and drainage inlets. These test pipe stoppers are mainly used for repairs, maintenance, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Ideal aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in the construction industry and industry.
The flexible test bladder PU-F is made of high-quality rubber material with fabric insert and is therefore weather- and temperature-resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to 80 oC as well as use- and waste water-resistant. The product is available in 11 standard versions with diameters ranging from 70 mm to 1600 mm. These test bubbles are tested at 1.3 times the operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m WS. An operating manual is enclosed with each sealing pad.

The rigid standard test pipe sealing pad PU with metal core ensures fast and reliable sealing. This pipe sealing pad can also be used to shut off sewers, pipelines and drainage inlets. Test blisters are mainly used for maintenance measures, repairs, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Important aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in the construction and industrial sectors.
The pipe sealing pad is weather- and temperature-resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to
80 oC and resistant to wear and waste water. The pipe sealing cushion PU is available in 5 standard versions with diameters from 70 mm to 1200 mm. The lightweight and flexible test cushion design of type PUOEL without metal core is suitable for use at 2.5 bar operating pressure up to 1,000 mm for quick and reliable sealing. It can also be used for shutting off channels, pipelines, and drainage inlets. These test pipe sealing cushions are primarily used for repairs, maintenance, accidents, and leak tests with water or air in accordance with DIN EN 1610 for newly installed or renovated pipelines. An ideal tool for water management organizations, rescue services, and fire brigades, as well as in construction and industry.
The flexible PUOEL test cushion is made of high-quality rubber material with fabric reinforcement, making it weather- and temperature-resistant within a range of -30 °C to 80 °C, as well as resistant to fresh water and wastewater. Steam Pipe Test Plug For Steam Dissipation, 100 - 600 mm
These steam pipe test plugs are very strong shut-off plugs that are used to shut off and drain pipes containing steam and in which steam pressure prevails. They are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabric. The temperature range of the test plug is between -30°C and +70°C.
The large bypass enables quick steam escape from the pipe. It can therefore be used, for example, for testing district heating pipes. The steam pipe test plug also contains a large metal core so that the steam can be drained away quickly. Conical Pipe Stoppers PULK 150 -2200 mm
PULK series with bypass offers a wide range of applications. Cone-shaped pipe stoppers are typically used for pipeline repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, and leak testing. Thanks to their design, they can be used in egg-shaped, rectangular, and other non-circular profiles.

Automatic Water Pressure Testing Unit by Aquametrics for Pipe Pressure Tests According to EN 1610
Automatic water pressure testing unit for tests according to EN 1610 (pipe pressure) with water, in combination with the Aquametrics software "Aqua DP 2.3".

During the pressure test according to EN 1610 – water pressure – the pressure corresponding to the maximum backwater level at the lowest node must be maintained for 30 minutes. The amount of refilled water during this period is essential for evaluation.
The WDPS system, in combination with the Aqua DP software (in German), performs this task fully automatically: It detects pressure loss during the test via a pressure transmitter installed at the lowest point and automatically refills water if the defined test pressure is undershot.
The refilled water volume is continuously measured by a flow sensor and transmitted directly to Aqua DP. The test pressure is maintained constantly throughout the test period.
The hysteresis, i.e., the pressure range to be applied (in mbar), can be individually adjusted in the Aqua DP software settings. This is particularly helpful for adapting to different test containers – because: mbar is not the same as liters.
For the standard test container from Aquametrics (100 mm), a hysteresis of 6–8 mbar has proven to be optimal. With larger diameters, the hysteresis should be set lower – or as needed.
