Test plugs are indispensable tools for leak testing and sealing pipelines in sewer and pipe technology. They are used to reliably seal pipes and then test their tightness with water or air - whether for new installations, renovations, or emergencies. Our product range includes both flexible models without a metal core for confined installation spaces and rigid versions with an integrated test connection for higher demands. Special variants, such as oil-resistant or vapor-permeable test plugs, further expand the range of applications. Manufactured in Europe, our test plugs are made from high-quality, fabric-reinforced rubber material that is resistant to temperature. This makes them suitable for use by construction companies, municipalities, fire departments, and rescue services alike. On request, we also supply matching accessories such as hoses and protective rubber covers to extend service life even further.

Flexible Pipe Sealing Pads PU-F 70 - 1600 mm

The lightweight and flexible sealing pad design of type PU-F without metal core applicable at 2.5 bar operating pressure up to 1,000 mm is suitable for fast and reliable sealing. Can also be used to shut off sewers, pipelines and drainage inlets. These test pipe stoppers are mainly used for repairs, maintenance, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Ideal aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in the construction industry and industry. The flexible test bladder PU-F is made of high-quality rubber material with fabric insert and is therefore weather- and temperature-resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to 80 oC as well as use- and waste water-resistant. The product is available in 11 standard versions with diameters ranging from 70 mm to 1600 mm. These test bubbles are tested at 1.3 times the operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m WS. An operating manual is enclosed with each sealing pad. Attention: Please note that we also offer some models of bladders with two passages, but others only with one passage. However, for the version that is only available with one passage due to the manufacturer, adapters with two connections for air or water testing would be available from us on request (please see data sheet on the german page under downloads). Steam Pipe Test Plug For Steam Dissipation, 100 - 600 mm

These steam pipe test plugs are very strong shut-off plugs that are used to shut off and drain pipes containing steam and in which steam pressure prevails. They are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabric. The temperature range of the test plug is between -30°C and +70°C. The large bypass enables quick steam escape from the pipe. It can therefore be used, for example, for testing district heating pipes. The steam pipe test plug also contains a large metal core so that the steam can be drained away quickly. It is available in various designs for pipe diameters from 100 - 600 mm, the working pressure is 2.8 bar.This test plug can be made with NBR rubber, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and their derivatives, for an additional charge.
