Manhole Test Sealing Pads and Manhole Test Plugs are essential tools in sewer and wastewater applications whenever manholes need to be securely sealed or tested for leaks. They facilitate quick and reliable sealing or pressure testing, making them an essential tool for maintenance, rehabilitation and new installations. Our range includes two types:

Manhole Test Sealing Pads: Lightweight and compact, ideal for air or vacuum leak testing (600 mm to 1050 mm).
Manhole Test Plugs with Bypass: Versatile sealing plugs with one or two bypasses (1/4" to 2"), suitable for pipe diameter from 600 mm to 850 mm.

Manhole Test Plugs with Bypass 600 - 850 mm

Manhole test plugs are short test plugs used for testing manholes.They have a bypass system and are made from SBR+NR mixed rubber and strong fabrics. Manhole test plugs are able to run between -30°C and + 70°C. They are tested at 1.3 times the working pressure and have ultrahigh bursting pressure. Various sizes for pipe diameters from 600 - 850 mm are available from us.

Sealing cushion for manhole testing applicable with air pressure and vacuum. Easy handling due to its light and short form. The sealing pillow standard version is in size L and light. Our pipe cushions & shut-off plugs are made of expandable material and can be filled with liquid or air. (Classification in category A - pipe sealing pillows and renovation packers of the resistance list; see picture)
