Inspection and cleaning in one operation
Thanks to camera-assisted flushing, inspection and cleaning take place in a single step. The high-resolution full HD image provided by the VIPER flushing camera reveals the source of blockages without needing a separate inspection unit. Additional actions, such as pipe rehabilitation, can be initiated without delay. This approach optimizes the use of time, water, and fuel, while eliminating the need for repeated cleaning runs.
Excellent cleaning performance and flexible nozzle options
The selectable forward jet nozzle clears obstructions on the spot, allowing the inspection to proceed without interruption. The cause of the blockage becomes immediately visible, enabling real-time consultation with the customer. Thanks to its modular system, a variety of nozzle attachments – including chain and rope cleaners – can be used as needed.
Outstanding maneuverability – even in branched lines
The maneuverable camera allows comprehensive inspection of branched piping systems from just one access point. With the strong traction generated by the nozzles, even vertical pipes can be flushed and visually inspected against the flow direction – for example, at connections branching off from the main sewer line.

All camera movements and cleaning outcomes are captured simultaneously in both video and image format. The full process – including pressure data, angle, distance readouts, and more – is continuously recorded onto a USB drive. Customers can be provided with before-and-after footage for full transparency.

High Pressure Flushing Systems - Water Flushing Units For Installation In Your Service Vehicle
MOWOTAS offers you complete units for high-pressure flushing (including technical consulting), i.e. a combination of devices for high-pressure cleaning of channels and pipes, suitable for installation in your service vehicle. Your service vehicle usually has a base frame on which various high-pressure flushers can be mounted. You can lift the flushing units into the vehicle for channel cleaning.
As explained in detail below, there are different configurations of these high-pressure flushing units and units, for which we would be happy to advise you individually (price on request) and make you an offer.

Compact high-pressure flushing unit as a mobile version (not permanently installed in the vehicle)
Mobile flushing unit with two engine options: electric or petrol engine. The washer includes a high-quality high-pressure pump made of ceramic pistons, thanks to which it is possible to work with hot water. The mobile high-pressure washer can be easily operated by one person using the control console.
High-pressure washer on a trailer (750 kg permissible total weight)
Lightweight, unbraked trailer with a washer unit for cleaning sewer pipes and disinfecting utility areas (requires the installation of a high-pressure jet). The specially designed structure and arrangement of the individual elements guarantees optimal weight distribution of the entire device.
Compact, simple high-pressure device for installation in a vehicle
This body can be mounted on a light transport trailer or in a van of any brand. The washer unit is perfect for places that are difficult to reach for other cleaning vehicles, for example: narrow city streets, underground garages, house connections, rain and drainage pipes. These bodies can be supplied in various options (e.g. with a hydraulic high-pressure reel or a remote control).

This high-pressure flushing unit is equipped with a more powerful motor and a more powerful high-pressure pump. Due to its small dimensions, it can be installed in a van or on a trailer. Compact universal high-pressure flushing unit with water tank, for installation
Thanks to its small dimensions and low weight, this modern high-pressure flushing unit is ideal for installation in vans and transport trailers. The superstructure uses many innovative solutions: One of them is a hydraulically driven high-pressure reel, which is extendable and thanks to which the machine can be better positioned above the shaft. These superstructures can be supplied in various options (e.g. with a remote control, or a larger water tank volume).
Modern all-round high-pressure flushing unit for pipe and sewer cleaning with a large water tank
This structure is the most modern sewer flushing device in our range. It is designed for high-pressure flushing of pipes, sanitary, rainwater and industrial lines. The compact design and low weight enable it to be mounted on a trailer or transporter. This structure has a large water tank that is adapted to the loading capacity of the vehicle.
Structure specially designed for farmers to attach to tractors
For farmers, we offer a compact attachment for pipe and sewer cleaning, or for cleaning the drainage and for disinfecting surfaces in stables. This high-pressure flushing unit is designed for attachment to tractors and is powered by the PTO of the tractor engine. The device can be supplied with a hydraulic hose reel on request.

You have the option of assembling the flushing units yourself, as the structures can be delivered on a pallet (the pallet has forklift shoes and you can simply lift these into your vehicle with a forklift). Alternatively, we also offer assembly at the manufacturer's site.

Tarantula Multifunctional Pipe Cleaning Nozzle for Heavy Deposits
The Tarantula multifunctional nozzle is a popular choice for pipe cleaning because it's so versatile. It's great for removing heavy deposits, grease, soap and small roots.
The Tarantula multifunctional nozzle is available in 5 different sizes, from 1/4" to 1".
The 1/2" size is also available with an automatic oil regulation system. An integrated oil reservoir ensures a longer service life and reduces maintenance effort. Please choose between the medium (DN 110 - 250, from 40 l/min) and large version (DN 125 - 300, from 80 l/min).
Our Tarantula rotary nozzles are magnetically braked. Thanks to the slow rotation of the 2 concentrated rear nozzles (and the optional front one at 15°), the jet also cuts through hard deposits, root networks and very greasy residues in pipes.

Pipe Pig SÖ-VB Fully Coated, Medium-Solid, With Rope Core and Towing Eye, DN 50 - 600 mm
Pipe pig of the SÖ-VB type - cleaning pigs with a rope core and towing eye, made of high-density polyurethane foam, reinforced by a waterproof base plate, also made of polyurethane.
This pipe cleaning pig has a rope core and an eyelet for pulling the pig through and shooting it through, or for tying it up. Pigs of the SÖ-VB type are medium-strength and fully coated. Due to the full coating, these are somewhat more durable than the medium-strength, uncoated pipe pig of the SÖ-UB type.
When ordering, you should allow for a size tolerance of +/- 2% of the pig size that these pigs may have as they are manufactured manually. This is a quality product Made in Germany!

The Pipe Wolf nozzle is an extremely aggressive specialty tool perfect for total blockages that are made from organic material. A hardened, tapered head with sharp edges utilizes turbine technology and spins approximately 10,000 rpms, boring a hole and opening up most any blockage in round and oval shaped pipes. Front Push Rotor Nozzle, 1/2", Stainless Steel
Rotary nozzle with front jet for cleaning greasy pipes and channels. With 3 rotating pre-jets and a central pre-jet for transporting mud or sand to the front. The loosening of the material is supported by additional radial nozzles.
Made from stainless steel, the Front push rotor nozzle was designed to be used in laterals and other small pipes. Rear jets propel the nozzle in the pipe as front rotating jets move material forward, while the additional rotating radial jets clean the interior circumference of the pipe thoroughly.

Grenade Sewer Nozzle, 1/2" - 5/4" for Cleaning and Flushing of Sewer Systems
The Grenade (Granate) is a highly effective sewer nozzle for cleaning and flushing sewer systems. It is used as a mixed nozzle to clean pipes and flush out waste with its concentrated jet action. By arranging the jets at different jet angles, the grenade achieves high cleaning power for routine cleaning work in sewers.
The different versions are distinguished by their areas of application:
Grenade 50 (1/2") Small, lightweight sewer nozzle for the 100 - 200 mm application range, for cleaning pipes and flushing out waste.
Grenade 60 (3/4" or 1") Sewer nozzle for the application range 200 - 300 mm, with 2 different jet angles 10° and 30°, for regular cleaning of sewers and flushing out of waste.

The 1" 3-edge nozzle has 3 front nozzles and 6 rear ones for pushing, which makes it a very powerful poking nozzle with great drilling performance. It can be used in pipes from 200 - 500 mm in diameter and dissolves even the toughest blockages.
The 1/2" 3-sided nozzle has 3 front nozzles and 3 rear nozzles. It is small, strong and effective in pipes from 75 - 200 mm diameter.
The 1/4" poke nozzle has 3 front and 6 rear nozzles. It dissolves stubborn blockages in smaller pipes from 75 - 160 mm in diameter.

Alien Rotary Nozzle with Frontal Rotary Jet for Clogged and Rooted Pipes 1/2" - 1"
Rotating steel pulling nozzle Alien for clogged pipelines and for cutting small roots. Due to the frontal steel rotation at an angle of 20°, the Alien nozzle breaks up stubborn blockages in pipelines.
There is a choice of 4 versions with threaded connection 1/2" - 1", which differ mainly in the range of application and the jet angle, see technical data. The Turbo version has a 30% stronger front jet.
Anaconda Steering Nozzle for Angled and Curved Pipes 1/4" - 1/2"
Steering nozzle Anakonda - pipe cleaning nozzle with connection thread 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2", for cleaning of angled and curved pipelines, branches, joints and inverts.
The side jet pushes the Anaconda against the pipe wall, making it tractable in bends and branches, as well as over inverts. The ceramic back jets are strong enough to clean the pipe. The nozzle has 6 ceramic back jets in 15° jet angle.
