High Pressure Flushing

MOWOTAS offers you complete units for high-pressure flushing (including technical consulting), i.e. a combination of devices for high-pressure cleaning of channels and pipes, suitable for installation in your service vehicle. Your service vehicle usually has a base frame on which various high-pressure flushers can be mounted. You can lift the flushing units into the vehicle for channel cleaning. As explained in detail below, there are different configurations of these high-pressure flushing units and units, for which we would be happy to advise you individually (price on request) and make you an offer. We can offer you the following versions of high-pressure flushing units as a complete solution for your service vehicle: Compact high-pressure flushing unit as a mobile version (not permanently installed in the vehicle) Mobile flushing unit with two engine options: electric or petrol engine. The washer includes a high-quality high-pressure pump made of ceramic pistons, thanks to which it is possible to work with hot water. The mobile high-pressure washer can be easily operated by one person using the control console. High-pressure washer on a trailer (750 kg permissible total weight) Lightweight, unbraked trailer with a washer unit for cleaning sewer pipes and disinfecting utility areas (requires the installation of a high-pressure jet). The specially designed structure and arrangement of the individual elements guarantees optimal weight distribution of the entire device. Compact, simple high-pressure device for installation in a vehicle This body can be mounted on a light transport trailer or in a van of any brand. The washer unit is perfect for places that are difficult to reach for other cleaning vehicles, for example: narrow city streets, underground garages, house connections, rain and drainage pipes. These bodies can be supplied in various options (e.g. with a hydraulic high-pressure reel or a remote control). More powerful high-pressure flushing unit for sanitary, rainwater and industrial systems, for installation in the vehicle This high-pressure flushing unit is equipped with a more powerful motor and a more powerful high-pressure pump. Due to its small dimensions, it can be installed in a van or on a trailer. The superstructures can be supplied in various options (e.g. with a hydraulic high-pressure reel or a remote control). Compact universal high-pressure flushing unit with water tank, for installation Thanks to its small dimensions and low weight, this modern high-pressure flushing unit is ideal for installation in vans and transport trailers. The superstructure uses many innovative solutions: One of them is a hydraulically driven high-pressure reel, which is extendable and thanks to which the machine can be better positioned above the shaft. These superstructures can be supplied in various options (e.g. with a remote control, or a larger water tank volume). Modern all-round high-pressure flushing unit for pipe and sewer cleaning with a large water tank This structure is the most modern sewer flushing device in our range. It is designed for high-pressure flushing of pipes, sanitary, rainwater and industrial lines. The compact design and low weight enable it to be mounted on a trailer or transporter. This structure has a large water tank that is adapted to the loading capacity of the vehicle. Structure specially designed for farmers to attach to tractors For farmers, we offer a compact attachment for pipe and sewer cleaning, or for cleaning the drainage and for disinfecting surfaces in stables. This high-pressure flushing unit is designed for attachment to tractors and is powered by the PTO of the tractor engine. The device can be supplied with a hydraulic hose reel on request. Installation of the flushing units in your service vehicle: You have the option of assembling the flushing units yourself, as the structures can be delivered on a pallet (the pallet has forklift shoes and you can simply lift these into your vehicle with a forklift). Alternatively, we also offer assembly at the manufacturer's site.
