Flexible Packers
For partial pipe rehabilitation we offer short and long rehabilitation packers with quick-release couplings. In addition to basic packers in all common sizes, you will find very stretchy lateral packers as well as flexible packers with a wheel set. We have also recently introduced a range of metal-ended packers to replace the previous rubber version.
Especially for the repair of curved pipes, we recommend flexible adapters for use with a standard air push rod. Of course we also offer high quality bendy packers.
Lateral Packers Up To 5 m Length, 70 - 250 mm
Lateral packers are used to repair laterals (home pipelines). Our lateral packers are manufactured from SBR+NR mixed rubber and strong fabrics. They are able to run between -30°C and + 70°C. They are tested at the 1,3 times higher than their pressure and have a very high bursting pressure.

Multidimensional Lateral Packer for Straight PipesThis multidimensional, lateral rehabilitation packer has been specially developed for professional pipe rehabilitation and offers outstanding flexibility and durability. Thanks to its unique design, it is ideally suited for straight pipes as well as bends of up to 45°. With a wide range of applications from DN 25 to DN 1000 and lengths of up to 5000 mm, this packer offers maximum versatility in daily use. The innovative material construction allows for exceptionally large expansion, meaning that multiple pipe dimensions can be covered with just one packer. For example, an HD packer in size DN 125–300 covers up to five different pipe diameters – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maximum Adaptability and Ease of Use The small initial diameter allows for use even in confined spaces. At the same time, the combination of high flexibility and dimensional stability ensures optimal adaptation to different pipe diameters and guarantees a reliable, complete seal.The excellent sliding behaviour enables precise positioning – even in hard-to-reach areas. For additional flexibility, the packer can be fitted with an optional flex adapter for air-powered push rods. Efficient Pipe Rehabilitation Using the Short-Liner-MethodThe packer is fitted with a short liner, guided to the rehabilitation site within the pipe using air-powered push rods, and inflated using compressed air. After a curing period, the packer is deflated and removed. Wide Range Lateral Packer Range 30 - 600 mm, Length Up To 5000 mm
Very flexible Wide Range Lateral Packer made of rubber, for large dimension jumps. Available in various sizes from 30 - 600 mm and lengths up to 5000 mm. This rehabilitation packer has the following important advantages over conventional packer models: a much smoother surface to which less resin sticks the smooth surface also makes the packer more archable, which makes for a nicer rehabilitation appearance very flexible material, thus wide range of application more dimensional jumps possible than with other packers The packer is completely made of rubber and does not have an aluminium band at the ends like standard packers. This prevents "bone formation", which can happen with standard packers and incorrect lamination.
Bendy Packers Up To 5 m Length, 50 - 170 mm
Bendy packers or elbow packers are used for repair works in pipe bends of various lengths. Robust packers made of SBR + NR-mixed rubber and strengthening fabric. Temperature range between -30° C and +70° C. Tested at 1.3 times the working pressure. Various models in lengths up to 5 m for applications from 50 - 170 mm available from us.
Medusa Packer, Good And Inexpensive, Application Range 70 - 250 mm, Lengths 600 - 2000 mm
Medusa packers are products that allow spot repairs in areas that are very close to the pipe ends. The robust packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. They are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C. The added value of this type of packer is that, thanks to its soft rubber back part, it provides access to areas where repairing the pipe is very difficult due to limited space. The Medusa packer is very easy to handle in such situations, and it can also be pushed closer to the edge of the inlet in the main pipe than other packers. With this Medusa packer you get our own brand at a great price-performance ratio! Working pressure depending on the model 2.0 - 2.5 bar (see technical data). This packer can also be equipped with a holder for fiberglass rods to support pushing for an additional charge.

Long Packers DN 200 - 800 No Wheels No Bypass
Sanikom Long Packers without wheels and bypass. Nominal size from 200 to 800 mm, length from 1 to 5 m. Long packers represent the most cost-effective implementation of packers. They are equipped with a fast coupling for filling and emp tying and with two lifting eye bolts, which are installed for attaching the rope in the process of inserting, transporting and pulling out.
Lateral Packers With Round Metal Ends Usage Range 35 - 200 mm
Sanikom Lateral Packers with round ends made of metal (Aluminium), range from 35 to 200 mm, length 0,6 m to 5 m. House connection power packer HPP made of thick-walled rubber material with two cord inserts, extremely durable and dimensionally stable.
