For partial pipe rehabilitation we offer short and long rehabilitation packers with quick-release couplings. In addition to basic packers in all common sizes, you will find very stretchy lateral packers as well as rehabilitation packers with a wheel set. We have also recently introduced a range of metal-ended packers to replace the previous rubber version.

Especially for the repair of curved pipes, we recommend flexible adapters for use with a standard air push rod. Of course we also offer high quality bendy packers.

Lateral Packers Up To 5 m Length, 70 - 250 mm

Lateral packers are used to repair laterals (home pipelines). Our lateral packers are manufactured from SBR+NR mixed rubber and strong fabrics. They are able to run between -30°C and + 70°C. They are tested at the 1,3 times higher than their pressure and have a very high bursting pressure.

Medusa packers are products that allow spot repairs in areas that are very close to the pipe ends. The robust packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. They are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C. The added value of this type of packer is that, thanks to its soft rubber back part, it provides access to areas where repairing the pipe is very difficult due to limited space. The Medusa packer is very easy to handle in such situations, and it can also be pushed closer to the edge of the inlet in the main pipe than other packers. With this Medusa packer you get our own brand at a great price-performance ratio! Working pressure depending on the model 2.0 - 2.5 bar (see technical data).
