Drain test plugs are essential tools for leak testing, repairs and temporarily sealing pipes and sewer systems. Our range includes flexible pipe sealing pads and rigid pipe plugs, both of which have integrated test connections.

PU-F pipe stoppers are made of high-quality, fabric-reinforced rubber. They are lightweight, metal-free, and can be used flexibly up to a diameter of 1,600 mm.
Rigid PU test pipe sealing pads with an integrated metal core offer high stability and fast sealing performance – ideal for demanding applications in industrial or municipal environments.
PUOEL models expand the range with oil-resistant test bladders, specially designed for use in contaminated pipelines containing oil residues or chemical substances.
Steam pipe test plugs with bypass are made for high-temperature applications, such as testing district heating lines. A robust metal core and large internal bypass ensure fast and safe steam release.

The temperature-resistant drain test plugs that we offer meet rigorous safety and durability standards. Rubber sleeves are also available to protect the material during use.

Flexible Pipe Sealing Pads PU-F 70 - 1600 mm

The lightweight and flexible sealing pad design of type PU-F without metal core applicable at 2.5 bar operating pressure up to 1,000 mm is suitable for fast and reliable sealing. Can also be used to shut off sewers, pipelines and drainage inlets. These test pipe stoppers are mainly used for repairs, maintenance, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Ideal aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in the construction industry and industry. The flexible test bladder PU-F is made of high-quality rubber material with fabric insert and is therefore weather- and temperature-resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to 80 oC as well as use- and waste water-resistant. The product is available in 11 standard versions with diameters ranging from 70 mm to 1600 mm. These test bubbles are tested at 1.3 times the operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m WS. An operating manual is enclosed with each sealing pad. Attention: Please note that we also offer some models of bladders with two passages, but others only with one passage. However, for the version that is only available with one passage due to the manufacturer, adapters with two connections for air or water testing would be available from us on request (please see data sheet on the german page under downloads). Steam Pipe Test Plug For Steam Dissipation, 100 - 600 mm

These steam pipe test plugs are very strong shut-off plugs that are used to shut off and drain pipes containing steam and in which steam pressure prevails. They are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabric. The temperature range of the test plug is between -30°C and +70°C. The large bypass enables quick steam escape from the pipe. It can therefore be used, for example, for testing district heating pipes. The steam pipe test plug also contains a large metal core so that the steam can be drained away quickly. It is available in various designs for pipe diameters from 100 - 600 mm, the working pressure is 2.8 bar.This test plug can be made with NBR rubber, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and their derivatives, for an additional charge.
