Standard Pipe Plugs – Universal Solutions for Temporary Pipe Sealing
Our Standard Pipe Plugs are the all-purpose solution for temporarily sealing pipelines during maintenance, cleaning, rehabilitation or emergency situations. They are easy to position and designed for circular pipe cross-sections of various nominal diameters. Depending on the application, a secure and tight seal can be quickly established – in sewers, buildings, or on construction sites.
Our shop offers pipe sealing bladders in a variety of sizes, models and quality levels – from cost-effective basic versions for occasional use, to solid standard models for regular operations, up to highly durable products for demanding conditions.

Pipe plugs in various sizes 35 - 2200 mm, used for the closing of pipelines. Made of SBR + NR mixed rubber, nylon and Kevlar cord. Temperature range between -30 ° C and + 70 ° C. Our pipe plugs are tested at 1.3 times the working pressure.
Pipe Stopper U with Pipe Diameter 40 - 1600 mm
Standard pipe sealing pad model U for fast and reliable sealing and shut-off of sewers, pipes and drainage inlets. These pipe stoppers are mainly used for repairs, maintenance, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Pipe stoppers are an ideal aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in construction and industry. Manufactured from high-quality rubber material with fabric inlay, pipe stoppers type U are weather and temperature resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to 80 oC and resistant to wear and waste water. The pipe stopper U is available in 12 standard versions with diameters ranging from 40 mm to 1600 mm. These sealing cushions are tested at 1.3 times the operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m water column. A user manual is included with each pipe sealing pad. Semicircular Sealing Pad UR for Inflation 50 - 200 mm
The semicircular sealing pad model UR is particularly suitable for sealing connection pipes and house connections due to its length. The semicircular shape facilitates easy and quick installation, even in curved pipelines. Easy to inflate with a hand or foot air pump, as only little air is required. Cone Pipe Test Plug UE 50 - 200 mm
The conical inflatable pipe plug UE has been designed for difficult installation situations. Its conical shape allows reliable sealing in bends and other challenging pipeline configurations. It is also suitable for leak testing of house connections using air or water. The standard version includes diameters from 50 mm to 200 mm. HD Pipe Stopper for Changes in Pipe Diameter and Access Openings, DN 25–1000, Made in Germany
HD pipe stoppers reliably seal off pipes and sewers in nominal sizes from DN 25 to DN 1000 during maintenance, repair and rehabilitation work. Specially developed for use in complex drainage systems, they are ideal for domestic connections, separators and industrial applications. The available sizes cover an exceptionally wide range of pipe diameters. The pipe stoppers also feature a small deflated diameter and are highly flexible through bends. This means they can be inserted and positioned through a single access opening. When used with suitable flex adapters and flexible push rods, they can be guided through pipe bends of up to 90°. Connecting several push rods together also makes it possible to reach pipe sections further along the system. For leakage testing in accordance with EN 1610, we recommend using this pipe stopper in combination with the HD test plug. The pipe stopper and test plug are designed to work together and operate at the same pressure, enabling both to be used during the same operation. This makes it possible to carry out joint and pipe-section tests efficiently, even in complex, extensively branched drainage systems with multiple changes in pipe diameter. The pipe stoppers are “Made in Germany” and incorporate proven HD packer technology. Their robust construction ensures reliable operation and a long service life.
