Robust pipe testing plugs for shutting off and checking pipes and for pumping during operation. The added value of these pipe sealing cushions is that the pipe can be quickly emptied through the large passage (between 2" and 8" depending on the model). Our test plugs are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabric. They are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C.
These flexible test pipe plugs with bypass are available in various wide diameter ranges from DN 100 to 1200. The working pressure is 1.5 bar, the maximum counter pressure is 0.5 bar.
With this pipe testing plug, you get our own brand at an excellent price-performance ratio. It can also be made of NBR rubber, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and derivatives, for an additional charge.
