These compact inflatable pipe test plugs are ideal for use in confined spaces. They are particularly well suited for inlets with short spigots or for installation in complex, angled separator systems.

In bypass applications, the integrated flow‑through allows wastewater to pass safely while the pipe section is securely isolated, enabling maintenance, inspection or cleaning work to be carried out without interrupting operation. For this reason, pipe plugs from the PUK series are our first choice for temporary isolation with controlled bypass flow.

The shut‑off bladders are manufactured from high‑quality rubber with fabric reinforcement. All metal components are corrosion‑resistant. Various sizes are available for pipelines with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 400 mm.

For special requirements, we also offer an oil-resistant version of this sealing cushion.

Our pipe stoppers and shut-off plugs are made of expandable material and can be filled with liquid or air. (Classification in category A - pipe sealing pillows and renovation packers of the resistance list; see picture)

FLOUNDER Pipe Cleaning Nozzle 1/2" - 1" For Removing Sand, Mud And Debris

Our new flat pipe cleaning nozzle reliably removes sand, mud and debris from pipes and channels of 125 - 400 mm (1/2" nozzle) or 250 - 700 mm (1" nozzle). Flounder nozzles are available in three different sizes with either 4 or 8 rear jets. The lighter flounder nozzle made of aluminum with a weight of 1 kg and ½" connection thread is suitable for smaller sewer cleaning system with a minimum flow rate of 40 l/min. The heavier flounder nozzle with a weight of 3 kg and 1/2" coupling has a higher water flow of 80 l/min. Both 1/2" models have 4 nozzles each for forward movement. The strongest Flounder with a weight of 9 kg comes with a 1" connector and uses the power of 8 nozzle elements. Water flow starts at 200 l/min. With water deflection in the push part.
