Short packers with large bypass allow spot repairs and shut-offs of pipes while the pipe is still in service. Our robust short packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.5 - 2.0 bar (depending on the model, see technical data).
The short packer has a set of wheels, which makes it easy to move in the pipe. Available in various diameter ranges from 150 - 600 mm.

Robust long packer for spot repairs on main lines from DN 200 to DN 800. Our long packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are resistant to temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.0 - 2.0 bar (see technical data). Thanks to its unique design, it is ideally suited for straight pipes as well as bends of up to 45°. With a wide range of applications from DN 25 to DN 1000 and lengths of up to 5000 mm, this packer offers maximum versatility in daily use. The innovative material construction allows for exceptionally large expansion, meaning that multiple pipe dimensions can be covered with just one packer. For example, an HD packer in size DN 125–300 covers up to five different pipe diameters – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maximum Adaptability and Ease of Use The small initial diameter allows for use even in confined spaces. At the same time, the combination of high flexibility and dimensional stability ensures optimal adaptation to different pipe diameters and guarantees a reliable, complete seal.The excellent sliding behaviour enables precise positioning – even in hard-to-reach areas.
