Standard Flexible Packers With Bypass, Ø100 - 1500 mm, Length 1000 - 5000 mm
Flexible packers with bypass enable spot repairs while there is still liquid in the pipes. Our flexible packers with passage are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.0 - 2.5 bar (see technical data).
The packer has a set of wheels which enables quick transport to the repair site even over longer distances.

Lateral Packers With Round Metal Ends Usage Range 35 - 200 mm
Sanikom Lateral Packers with round ends made of metal (Aluminium), range from 35 to 200 mm, length 0,6 m to 5 m. Lateral Packers are used for sectional pipe rehabilitation in pipes with smaller diameter, mostly of household installations. Packers are rounded on both sides so that the slip across turns and bends is much simpler.
HD Arch Packer DN 40 - 230 mm
HD arch packer for sewer rehabilitation in pipe bends. Multidimensional rehabilitation packer from 45° to 180° degrees in designs from DN 40 - 230. This innovative curve packer is suitable for all pipe materials. It has an ideal sliding behaviour and does not buckle.
Long Packers DN 200 - 800 No Wheels No Bypass
Sanikom Long Packers without wheels and bypass. Nominal size from 200 to 800 mm, length from 1 to 5 m. Long packers represent the most cost-effective implementation of packers. They are equipped with a fast coupling for filling and emp tying and with two lifting eye bolts, which are installed for attaching the rope in the process of inserting, transporting and pulling out.

HD Lateral Packer DN 25-1000 mm
Multidimensional Lateral Packer for Straight PipesThis multidimensional, lateral rehabilitation packer has been specially developed for professional pipe rehabilitation and offers outstanding flexibility and durability. Thanks to its unique design, it is ideally suited for straight pipes as well as bends of up to 45°. With a wide range of applications from DN 25 to DN 1000 and lengths of up to 5000 mm, this packer offers maximum versatility in daily use. The innovative material construction allows for exceptionally large expansion, meaning that multiple pipe dimensions can be covered with just one packer. For example, an HD packer in size DN 125–300 covers up to five different pipe diameters – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maximum Adaptability and Ease of Use The small initial diameter allows for use even in confined spaces. At the same time, the combination of high flexibility and dimensional stability ensures optimal adaptation to different pipe diameters and guarantees a reliable, complete seal.The excellent sliding behaviour enables precise positioning – even in hard-to-reach areas. For additional flexibility, the packer can be fitted with an optional flex adapter for air-powered push rods.
