Product information "WILLKAT® PL 2K Slow Two-Component Resin, Non-Foaming, Elasticised"

WILLKAT® PL 2K Slow is a non-foaming, elastified two-component resin. It adheres very well to damp surfaces and is used for the renovation and sealing of sewers and pipes using the short liner method or top hat system. DIBt approval: Z-42.3-523. Different sizes of packaging are available for both components: in a metal canister or as a 1 l PE bottle.

  • Potlife (spreading time) at 20°C [min]: 18
  • Setting time at 20°C [min]: 28
  • Demould time at 20°C [min]: 120

Processing

PE bottles: Component A is completely filled into the component B bottle. After closing the bottle, both components are mixed intensively by shaking the bottle until a streak-free product is obtained.
Canister: The A component is intensively mixed with twice the volume of the B component for two minutes.
