Product information "WILLKAT® SL 2K Fast Two-Component Resin In Plastic Containers"

WILLKAT® SL 2K Fast is a non-foaming, elastified two-component resin, packaged in plastic containers. It adheres very well to damp surfaces and is used for sewer rehabilitation and the sealing of sewers and pipes using the short liner method or top hat system. DIBt approval: Z-42.3-523.

 

The two-component resin consists of two components A and B, which are used in a mixing ratio of 1:2. WILLKAT SL is catalysed by the B component. The A component is a modified polyisocyanate.

  • Potlife (spreading time) at 20°C [min]: 4
  • Setting time at 20°C [min]: 7
  • Demould time at 20°C [min]: 30

Processing

The A-component is intensively mixed with twice the volume of the B-component for two minutes.
