The Circum MINI Internal rehabilitation sleeve with DIBt approval (German Institute for Structural Engineering) is an internal pipe sleeve for small to medium diameters. It is positioned over the damaged spot using an inflatable packer and then pressed against the pipe walls. Expanding the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inner pipe walls and permanently seals the damaged spot.  The Circum MINI rehabilitation sleeve with its patented, external lock ensures minimal cross-sectional reduction in the pipes and prevents passing impediments from becoming lodged. The rehabilitation sleeve is designed for internal pipe pressures of up to 16 Bar (225psi). Nominal diameter DN 150 - DN 800, width 400 to 450 mm. Free from environmentally harmful lubricants. Fully fitted and ready to mount. Applications: Longitudinal cracks, radial cracks, leaky pipe connections, missing wall sections, closing of unused laterals, replacing missing formwork behind inliners, part formation.

Lateral packers are used to repair laterals (home pipelines). Our lateral packers are manufactured from SBR+NR mixed rubber and strong fabrics. They are able to run between -30°C and + 70°C.   They are tested at the 1,3 times higher than their pressure and have a very high bursting pressure.

The Grenade (Granate) is a highly effective sewer nozzle for cleaning and flushing sewer systems. It is used as a mixed nozzle to clean pipes and flush out waste with its concentrated jet action. By arranging the jets at different jet angles, the grenade achieves high cleaning power for routine cleaning work in sewers.  The different versions are distinguished by their areas of application:  Grenade 50 (1/2") Small, lightweight sewer nozzle for the 100 - 200 mm application range, for cleaning pipes and flushing out waste.  Grenade 60 (3/4" or 1") Sewer nozzle for the application range 200 - 300 mm, with 2 different jet angles 10° and 30°, for regular cleaning of sewers and flushing out of waste.  Grenade 70 (3/4" or 1") sewer nozzle for the application range 200 - 400 mm, with 3 different jet angles 5°, 15° and 35°. This nozzle has ceramic nozzles with a jet concentrator and a water conduction system. It is ideal for removing sand and stones from the lower part of the pipelines.  Grenade 80 (3/4" or 1") sewer nozzle for application range 250 - 500 mm, with 2 different jet angles 10° and 30°, for cleaning and drainage works in sewers for large pipelines.  Grenade 100 (3/4" or 1") sewer nozzle for the application range 300 - 600 mm, with 2 different jet angles 7° and 15°, very effective dirt dragging nozzle for dragging sand and stones in the sewer.  Grenade 120 (1" or 5/4") sewer nozzle for application range 300 - 800 mm, with 3 different jet angles 7°, 14° and 21°, a nozzle with large internal lung, high power and hydraulic flow, ideal to overcome and clean large distances.

The Circum LEM liner end sleeve with DIBt approval (German Institute for Structural Engineering) was developed, to protect the vulnerable liner ends. It uses mechanical compression and seals the liner ends in pipes.  Enlarging the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inliner and also permanently seals it to the host pipe. The EPDM seal's special geometry ensures the bridging and sealing of any gaps within the lined pipe end. The patented external lock prevents the deflection roller from damaging or even removing the liner end sleeve when pipes are being cleaned. Nominal diameter DN 150 - DN 400, width 250 mm.  Fully fitted and ready to mount. The Circum LEM liner end sleeve is free from environmentally harmful lubricants. Applications Connecting and sealing liner ends on pipes and structures, protecting vulnerable liner ends.
