The HD air push rod with hexagonal coupling makes it easy to push and position packers safely inside the pipe. It can also be used to rotate and accurately align the packer when required. The hexagonal coupling reliably transmits rotational movement to the packer, enabling precise positioning at the repair site. The air push rod is made in Germany and manufactured to a high standard. Its flexible design makes it easier to guide the packer through bends and changes in direction.
The integrated hexagonal safety coupling provides a quick and secure connection to the compressed-air supply. The air push rod is available in lengths ranging from 0.5 to 4 m.

Robust long packer for spot repairs on main lines from DN 200 to DN 800. Our long packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are resistant to temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.0 - 2.0 bar (see technical data). Available in diameters of 200 - 800 mm and lengths of 1000 - 5000 mm. With this long packer you get our own brand at a top price-performance ratio! The packer can also be equipped with a holder for fiberglass rods to support pushing for an additional charge.

Short packers with large bypass allow spot repairs and shut-offs of pipes while the pipe is still in service. Our robust short packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.5 - 2.0 bar (depending on the model, see technical data). The short packer has a set of wheels, which makes it easy to move in the pipe. Available in various diameter ranges from 150 - 600 mm. Multidimensional Lateral Packer for Straight PipesThis multidimensional, lateral rehabilitation packer has been specially developed for professional pipe rehabilitation and offers outstanding flexibility and durability. Thanks to its unique design, it is ideally suited for straight pipes as well as bends of up to 45°. With a wide range of applications from DN 25 to DN 1000 and lengths of up to 5000 mm, this packer offers maximum versatility in daily use. The innovative material construction allows for exceptionally large expansion, meaning that multiple pipe dimensions can be covered with just one packer. For example, an HD packer in size DN 125–300 covers up to five different pipe diameters – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maximum Adaptability and Ease of Use The small initial diameter allows for use even in confined spaces.
