Multidimensional Lateral Packer for Straight Pipes
This multidimensional, lateral rehabilitation packer has been specially developed for professional pipe rehabilitation and offers outstanding flexibility and durability. Thanks to its unique design, it is ideally suited for straight pipes as well as bends of up to 45°.
With a wide range of applications from DN 25 to DN 1000 and lengths of up to 5000 mm, this packer offers maximum versatility in daily use. The innovative material construction allows for exceptionally large expansion, meaning that multiple pipe dimensions can be covered with just one packer. For example, an HD packer in size DN 125–300 covers up to five different pipe diameters – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maximum Adaptability and Ease of Use
The small initial diameter allows for use even in confined spaces. At the same time, the combination of high flexibility and dimensional stability ensures optimal adaptation to different pipe diameters and guarantees a reliable, complete seal.
The excellent sliding behaviour enables precise positioning – even in hard-to-reach areas. For additional flexibility, the packer can be fitted with an optional flex adapter for air-powered push rods.
Efficient Pipe Rehabilitation Using the Short-Liner-Method
The packer is fitted with a short liner, guided to the rehabilitation site within the pipe using air-powered push rods, and inflated using compressed air. After a curing period, the packer is deflated and removed. After each use, the packer should be carefully cleaned and inspected for damage.

Circum Mini Internal Rehabilitation Sleeve With DIBt Approval DN 150 - DN 800
The Circum MINI Internal rehabilitation sleeve with DIBt approval (German Institute for Structural Engineering) is an internal pipe sleeve for small to medium diameters. It is positioned over the damaged spot using an inflatable packer and then pressed against the pipe walls. Expanding the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inner pipe walls and permanently seals the damaged spot. The Circum MINI rehabilitation sleeve with its patented, external lock ensures minimal cross-sectional reduction in the pipes and prevents passing impediments from becoming lodged. The rehabilitation sleeve is designed for internal pipe pressures of up to 16 Bar (225psi). Nominal diameter DN 150 - DN 800, width 400 to 450 mm. Free from environmentally harmful lubricants. Fully fitted and ready to mount. Applications: Longitudinal cracks, radial cracks, leaky pipe connections, missing wall sections, closing of unused laterals, replacing missing formwork behind inliners, part formation.

Short packers with large bypass allow spot repairs and shut-offs of pipes while the pipe is still in service. Our robust short packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.5 - 2.0 bar (depending on the model, see technical data).
