The HD test plug enables precise and reliable leakage testing of newly installed, rehabilitated and existing pipelines in accordance with EN 1610. Specially developed for use in complex drainage systems, the test plugs provide reliable testing of individual pipe sections and joints, even in challenging pipe networks.
Thanks to its patented design, each test plug covers a wide range of nominal sizes. This means that several different pipe diameters can be tested with a single test plug, making it ideal for pipe systems with changes in diameter. Its small deflated diameter and high flexibility through bends, combined with suitable flex adapters and flexible push rods, enable the test plug to pass through pipe bends of up to 90° and reach test locations further along the pipe system.
For safe and efficient leakage testing, we recommend using the test plug in combination with the corresponding HD pipe stopper. The test plug and pipe stopper are designed to work together, operate at the same pressure and can be used together in a single operation. This reduces both the workload and the time required to set up the test. HD test plugs are “Made in Germany” and incorporate proven HD packer technology. HD Pipe Stopper for Changes in Pipe Diameter and Access Openings, DN 25–1000, Made in Germany
HD pipe stoppers reliably seal off pipes and sewers in nominal sizes from DN 25 to DN 1000 during maintenance, repair and rehabilitation work. Specially developed for use in complex drainage systems, they are ideal for domestic connections, separators and industrial applications. The available sizes cover an exceptionally wide range of pipe diameters. The pipe stoppers also feature a small deflated diameter and are highly flexible through bends. This means they can be inserted and positioned through a single access opening. When used with suitable flex adapters and flexible push rods, they can be guided through pipe bends of up to 90°. Connecting several push rods together also makes it possible to reach pipe sections further along the system. For leakage testing in accordance with EN 1610, we recommend using this pipe stopper in combination with the HD test plug. Flex Adapter with Safety Coupling
Flex adapter in various designs for renovation packers, shut-off and test bags. Flex adapters make the bends more flexible, which enables leak tests even in widely branched drainage systems. For example, a socket test in DN 100, 125, 150 or DN 200 can now be carried out without any problems using a small starting opening with DN 100 with a subsequent 87 ° bend.
Flexible HD Air Push Rod for Packers, Made in Germany, with Safety Coupling, 0.5–4 m
The high-quality HD air push rod makes it easy to move the packer through the pipe to the repair site during patch repair installation. Made in Germany, the air push rod combines high quality with a flexible design. This enables it to pass through bends and changes in direction, making it easier to insert and position the packer. The safety coupling provides a quick and secure connection to the compressed-air supply. The air push rod is available in five different lengths ranging from 0.5 to 4 m.
