Automatic Water Pressure Testing Unit by Aquametrics for Pipe Pressure Tests According to EN 1610
Automatic water pressure testing unit for tests according to EN 1610 (pipe pressure) with water, in combination with the Aquametrics software "Aqua DP 2.3". Note: The software for Aquametrics products is currently only available in German. If this is a concern, our technical customer support team is happy to assist you. During the pressure test according to EN 1610 – water pressure – the pressure corresponding to the maximum backwater level at the lowest node must be maintained for 30 minutes. The amount of refilled water during this period is essential for evaluation. The WDPS system, in combination with the Aqua DP software (in German), performs this task fully automatically: It detects pressure loss during the test via a pressure transmitter installed at the lowest point and automatically refills water if the defined test pressure is undershot. The refilled water volume is continuously measured by a flow sensor and transmitted directly to Aqua DP. The test pressure is maintained constantly throughout the test period. The hysteresis, i.e., the pressure range to be applied (in mbar), can be individually adjusted in the Aqua DP software settings. This is particularly helpful for adapting to different test containers – because: mbar is not the same as liters. For the standard test container from Aquametrics (100 mm), a hysteresis of 6–8 mbar has proven to be optimal. With larger diameters, the hysteresis should be set lower – or as needed. For example, if a pipeline is only allowed to lose 0.8 liters, a suitable test container must be used to measure the water volume accurately.Scope of Delivery Software AquaDP 2.3.x (in German) Measuring system WDPS01 Test probe with 5-meter cable Standpipe / Test cylinder DN200 USB connection cable Clear filling hose, 5 m with GK coupling Plug-in power supply 230V Maintenance and Service Depending on the operating conditions, checking the measurement system is absolutely necessary. Test Case for Separator Systems by Aquametrics
For self-inspection and maintenance of light liquid separators and sludge traps in accordance with DIN 1999-100. This interface layer measuring tube allows you to measure both sludge height and oil layer thickness in one step. The interface layers are clearly visible and easy to read using the scale. Operators of light liquid separators (coalescence or oil separators) are obligated to perform monthly self-inspections and semi-annual maintenance in accordance with DIN 1999-100. A key part of these inspections is the monthly measurement of the sludge and oil layers, with the results recorded in a wastewater operation logbook. The new patented measurement technology enables a fast and precise determination of the oil layer within seconds.Scope of delivery Manhole cover lifter Sludge and oil layer thickness measuring device, 3 meters Operation logbook Carrying bag, blue color Regular measurements are highly recommended not only for legal compliance, but also for optimizing operating costs of the separator. Examples include: Separator emptying based on actual need Prevention of wastewater backflow and associated issues Verification of billing during separator emptying Increased Legal Compliance: In some federal states, monthly self-inspection is legally required. Improved Operational Safety: Regular measurement of the oil layer helps prevent costly contamination of soil or wastewater systems. An overfilled oil separator can cause the oil trap to block the outlet, resulting in wastewater backup. This lifts the oil layer, which may overflow through the separator lid or inlets, releasing it uncontrolled into the environment — especially in areas with outdoor surfaces (e.g. during rain).
Operating Logbook for Light Liquid Separator Systems according to DIN EN 858 / DIN 1999-100, 20 Pages (GERMAN)
This operating logbook (in German) helps you keep track of all relevant measurements and inspection data for your separator system. The included log templates are legally required and support you in verifying proper system operation and determining when disposal is necessary. The protocol sheets were developed based on practical experience and include clear instructions for the necessary maintenance tasks. Across 20 pages, all required information can be recorded clearly and in compliance with applicable standards: Basic company data Technical system specifications Water consumption and cleaning agents Self-inspection documentation Maintenance and disposal records Instructions for using the Aquametrics interface layer measuring tube Format: DIN A4 Language: German
