Flexible Pipe Sealing Pads PU-F 70 - 1600 mm
The lightweight and flexible sealing pad design of type PU-F without metal core applicable at 2.5 bar operating pressure up to 1,000 mm is suitable for fast and reliable sealing. Can also be used to shut off sewers, pipelines and drainage inlets. These test pipe stoppers are mainly used for repairs, maintenance, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Ideal aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in the construction industry and industry.The flexible test bladder PU-F is made of high-quality rubber material with fabric insert and is therefore weather- and temperature-resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to 80 oC as well as use- and waste water-resistant. The product is available in 11 standard versions with diameters ranging from 70 mm to 1600 mm. These test bubbles are tested at 1.3 times the operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m WS. An operating manual is enclosed with each sealing pad. Attention: Please note that we also offer some models of bladders with two passages, but others only with one passage. However, for the version that is only available with one passage due to the manufacturer, adapters with two connections for air or water testing would be available from us on request (please see data sheet on the german page under downloads). Our pipe cushions & shut-off plugs are made of expandable material and can be filled with liquid or air. Steam Pipe Test Plug For Steam Dissipation, 100 - 600 mm
These steam pipe test plugs are very strong shut-off plugs that are used to shut off and drain pipes containing steam and in which steam pressure prevails. They are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabric. The temperature range of the test plug is between -30°C and +70°C. The large bypass enables quick steam escape from the pipe. It can therefore be used, for example, for testing district heating pipes. The steam pipe test plug also contains a large metal core so that the steam can be drained away quickly. It is available in various designs for pipe diameters from 100 - 600 mm, the working pressure is 2.8 bar.This test plug can be made with NBR rubber, which is resistant to gas, petroleum and their derivatives, for an additional charge.
Pipe Test Plugs with Bypass System 35 - 2200 mm
Our inflatable pipe test plugs with bypass are designed for temporary pipeline isolation and leak testing. The integrated bypass allows the controlled drainage, diversion or transfer of water, wastewater and other liquids, depending on the application. Depending on the model, bypass sizes from 3/10" to 2" are available. The bypass connections are matched to the respective size and may be fitted with quick couplings or Storz couplings, depending on the version. Many sizes are available in different operating pressure ratings. Models are available with operating pressures ranging from 1 bar to 3 bar, allowing you to select the most suitable version for your application. Thanks to their wide operating range, a single test plug can cover multiple pipe diameters. This simplifies product selection and reduces the number of plugs required on site. These test pipe sealing cushions are primarily used for repairs, maintenance, accidents, and leak tests with water or air in accordance with DIN EN 1610 for newly installed or renovated pipelines. An ideal tool for water management organizations, rescue services, and fire brigades, as well as in construction and industry. The flexible PUOEL test cushion is made of high-quality rubber material with fabric reinforcement, making it weather- and temperature-resistant within a range of -30 °C to 80 °C, as well as resistant to fresh water and wastewater. The product is available in 7 standard versions with diameters ranging from 70 mm to 1200 mm. These test cushions are tested at 1.3 times the operating pressure and can be used at a back pressure of 10 or 5 m water column. Each sealing cushion is supplied with an operating manual. HD Test Plug, Ideal for Changes in Pipe Diameter, DN 25 -500, Made in Germany
The HD test plug enables precise and reliable leakage testing of newly installed, rehabilitated and existing pipelines in accordance with EN 1610. Specially developed for use in complex drainage systems, the test plugs provide reliable testing of individual pipe sections and joints, even in challenging pipe networks. Thanks to its patented design, each test plug covers a wide range of nominal sizes. This means that several different pipe diameters can be tested with a single test plug, making it ideal for pipe systems with changes in diameter. Its small deflated diameter and high flexibility through bends, combined with suitable flex adapters and flexible push rods, enable the test plug to pass through pipe bends of up to 90° and reach test locations further along the pipe system. For safe and efficient leakage testing, we recommend using the test plug in combination with the corresponding HD pipe stopper. The test plug and pipe stopper are designed to work together, operate at the same pressure and can be used together in a single operation.
