PULK Conical Pipe Sealing Cushion for Testing, DN 150–2200, Pipe Plug with Bypass
PULK series with bypass offers a wide range of applications. Cone-shaped pipe stoppers are typically used for pipeline repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, and leak testing. Thanks to their design, they can be used in egg-shaped, rectangular, and other non-circular profiles. They are manufactured from high-quality, chemically resistant materials. Minor external damage can easily be repaired by the user – our team will be happy to advise you on the appropriate repair kit. 7 different sizes in diameters from 150 mm to 2200 mm are available. Our conical pipe stoppers and shut-off plugs are made of non-stretchable material and can be filled with liquid or air. Egg-Shaped Test Pipe Plugs PUV, PUV-F and PUVP
The egg-shaped test pipe plugs PUV, PUV-F and PUVP are designed for leak testing and sealing of egg-shaped sewer pipes and channels. PUV and PUV-F feature a shape that matches the profile of egg-shaped pipes. PUVP has been developed as a flexible cushion-shaped version specifically for larger sewer profiles. Thanks to its flexible design, it can be inserted more easily through standard manholes. The egg-shaped test pipe plugs are suitable for egg-shaped pipe sections ranging from 300 mm to 1,350 mm and are available in eight different versions. Please pay attention to the respective model designation when selecting a product. Our pipe plugs and inflatable sealing bags are made from elastic material and can be inflated with either air or water (classified in Category A of the chemical resistance list for pipe plugs and rehabilitation packers; see image). Pillow-Shaped Pipe Stoppers PUP with Bypass, diameter 1000 - 2200 mm
Inflatable Pipe Plugs with 2,5" bypass for use in sewers and rainwater channels. Due to the design of the sealing cushions, they can be inserted into the sewer through a manhole. The Kevlar insert allows the construction of durable sealing cushions with large diameters. There are 3 sizes available with diameters from 1000 mm to 2200 mm.
