Leak Testing System (BPS03 GI by Aquametrics) Separator Inspection as Part of General Inspection
Aquametrics Leak Testing System (BPS03 GI)/ Separator Inspection as Part of General Inspection
Fields of Application
Water level testing (e.g., fill level test or water level measurement) as well as leak testing of pipelines, manholes, and separator systems such as oil or gasoline separators.
Leak tests on grease separators can also be performed quickly and easily.
Note: The software for Aquametrics products is currently only available in German. If this is a concern, our technical customer support team is happy to assist you.
Applicable Standards
- DIN 1986-30:2012-02
- DIN EN 1610
- DWA A-139
The high measurement accuracy of our level probe has been tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland / LGA in Würzburg. A corresponding test certificate is included.
Software
The AquaDP software is offered as a single-user solution (currently only in German). It includes modules for separator inspection and water level measurement (Wasser + GI).
Suitable for Separator Systems According to:
- DIN 1999-100
- DIN 4040

Maintenance and Service
Depending on the operating conditions, checking the measurement system is absolutely necessary. The recalibration interval depends on the specific application conditions (e.g., separator inspection).
Recommended recalibration interval: 1 year.
Deposits on the ceramic membrane can lead to signal changes. In such cases, the ceramic membrane can be carefully cleaned of deposits using a commercially available descaler and a brush or soft bristle brush. Afterwards, rinse with cold water.
