Robust long packer for spot repairs on main lines from DN 200 to DN 800. Our long packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. The inflatable packers are resistant to temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, at a working pressure of 1.0 - 2.0 bar (see technical data). Available in diameters of 200 - 800 mm and lengths of 1000 - 5000 mm.

It impresses with its ease of use, high stability, and versatile applications in daily construction site use. The integrated safety coupling ensures a particularly convenient and secure connection: simply insert, screw in, and it's ready for immediate use. Thanks to the additional safety lock, the connection remains stable even under load and will not detach unintentionally – even in demanding applications. WILLKAT® PL 2K Winter Two-Component Resin, Non-Foaming, Elasticised
WILLKAT® PL 2K Winter is a non-foaming, elastified two-component resin. It adheres very well to damp surfaces and is used for the renovation and sealing of sewers and pipes using the short liner method or top hat system. DIBt approval: Z-42.3-523. Different sizes of packaging are available for both components: in a metal canister or as a 1 l PE bottle. Technical data Mixing ratio A to B: 1:2 Potlife (spreading time) at 20°C [min]: 15 Setting time at 20°C [min]: 25 Demould time at 20°C [min]: 60 Processing PE bottles: Component A is completely filled into the component B bottle. Medusa packers are products that allow spot repairs in areas that are very close to the pipe ends. The robust packers are made by vulcanizing SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabrics. They are suitable for temperatures between -30°C and +70°C. The added value of this type of packer is that, thanks to its soft rubber back part, it provides access to areas where repairing the pipe is very difficult due to limited space. The Medusa packer is very easy to handle in such situations, and it can also be pushed closer to the edge of the inlet in the main pipe than other packers. With this Medusa packer you get our own brand at a great price-performance ratio! Working pressure depending on the model 2.0 - 2.5 bar (see technical data).
