Our pneumatic pipe plugs offer a wide range of options for the temporary sealing of pipelines with various diameters and applications. Whether in domestic installations, on construction sites or in industrial environments – here you will find the right solution.

Flexible PVC pipe plugs with integrated hose are suitable for use inside buildings, e.g. in roof or floor drains. They can be inflated using a standard hand pump and adapt well to slightly irregular pipe profiles thanks to their soft material.
Compact pipe plugs rated up to 2.5 bar cover smaller pipe diameters from 20–75 mm. These cost-effective plugs can also be inflated via a car tyre valve and are typically available and ready for use at short notice due to their small size.
Robust pipe plugs with a metal core and bypass are designed for larger pipe diameters (DN 200 to DN 600). With an inflation pressure of up to 6 bar and resistance to back pressure of up to 4 bar, they are the ideal choice for demanding applications in sewer and drainage systems.

Small Pipe Sealing Plug with Schrader Valve, 2.5 bar, Pipe Diameter 20 - 75 mm

Small pipe sealing plug "Plugy" with schrader valve for application ranges from 20 - 75 mm, suitable for all types of pipelines. The valve is protected with a metal cover. This cap can also be used to repair the valve, just put it on upside down and unscrew the valve inside. Please note: The smallest bladder has a safety chain with a large ring so that the product cannot slip into the tube and get lost. Chain and ring can be removed individually! The towing eyelet cannot be removed. For automated test procedures or other industrial applications, we therefore recommend ordering this version from us in advance without the chain and also without the shackle. Pneumatic pipe stopper for the closing of pipelines up to 4 bar back pressure. Consists of a robust metal core with a passageway and a high-quality rubber jacket, inflatable via an auto valve. Depending on the model, the nominal width of the pipe closure ranges from DN 200 - 600, with 1" or 2" passage. The maximum inflation pressure is 6 bar. Suitable for temperature ranges from -20 to +80°C.
