Partial Renovation with Short Liners
Instead of replacing an entire pipe, we use "minimally invasive" methods for partial rehabilitation to repair damaged areas as precisely, gently, and cost-effectively as possible. In most cases, we use so-called short liner techniques: In this method, a strip of fabric is soaked with synthetic resin and then glued to the damaged area inside the pipe like a large plaster. There, the material dries and reliably seals the leak. An inflatable rehabilitation packer is used to correctly position the moist fleece and press it against the inner wall of the pipe.
Since this approach is equally suitable for small and large pipe diameters, the required rehabilitation packers are available in various dimensions and shapes. These include, for example, extra-long service connection packers, preformed curved packers, or special T-packers with a wheel set. In contrast to the similarly named inliner, the short liner only repairs individual sections of a pipe. We maintain a wide range of products from various manufacturers for pipe rehabilitation. Lateral Packers Up To 5 m Length, 70 - 250 mm
Lateral packers are used to repair laterals (home pipelines). Our lateral packers are manufactured from SBR+NR mixed rubber and strong fabrics. They are able to run between -30°C and + 70°C. They are tested at the 1,3 times higher than their pressure and have a very high bursting pressure.

WILLKAT® PL 2K Winter Two-Component Resin, Non-Foaming, Elasticised
WILLKAT® PL 2K Winter is a non-foaming, elastified two-component resin. It adheres very well to damp surfaces and is used for the renovation and sealing of sewers and pipes using the short liner method or top hat system. DIBt approval: Z-42.3-523. Circum LEM Liner End Sleeve With DIBt Approval DN 150 - DN 400
The Circum LEM liner end sleeve with DIBt approval (German Institute for Structural Engineering) was developed, to protect the vulnerable liner ends. It uses mechanical compression and seals the liner ends in pipes. Enlarging the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inliner and also permanently seals it to the host pipe. The EPDM seal's special geometry ensures the bridging and sealing of any gaps within the lined pipe end. The patented external lock prevents the deflection roller from damaging or even removing the liner end sleeve when pipes are being cleaned. Nominal diameter DN 150 - DN 400, width 250 mm. Fully fitted and ready to mount. The Circum LEM liner end sleeve is free from environmentally harmful lubricants. Applications Connecting and sealing liner ends on pipes and structures, protecting vulnerable liner ends.

Sanikom epoxy resin bundle for in-house and mainline rehabilitation, hardens very quickly. Epoxy resin system for the house and house connection area, consisting of epoxy resin and hardener. In combination with pipe liners or a felt hat it creates a robust material for sewer pipes. Blue colored product for easier control during processing and for visibility in the pipe. Very pleasant to process due to its slightly thicker consistency. Due to its special flow properties, it also adheres excellently to the fabric.
