WILLKAT® PL 2K Summer is a non-foaming, elastified two-component resin. It adheres very well to damp surfaces and is used for the renovation and sealing of sewers and pipes using the short liner method or top hat system. DIBt approval: Z-42.3-523. Different sizes of packaging are available for both components: in a metal canister or as a 1 l PE bottle. Technical data Note: The mixing ratio A to B = 1:2 is based on volume, not weight. Because the two components have different densities, their package weights differ. The packaging units are designed so that mixing complete containers automatically provides the correct volume ratio. Mixing ratio A to B: 1:2 Potlife (spreading time) at 20°C [min]: 16 Setting time at 20°C [min]: 27 Demould time at 20°C [min]: 90 Processing PE bottles: Component A is completely filled into the component B bottle. WILLPUR® WS Two-Component Polyurethane Resin With Short Reaction Time, 12 Pcs.
WILLPUR® WS is a two-component polyurethane resin with short reaction time and high final strength. It is suitable for manhole and robot rehabilitation, for sealing and consolidating in water-bearing zones, especially against water under pressure. The injection resin is free of CFCs and halogens and foams slightly on contact with water. Application: Stopping unexpected water inflows, consolidating unstable soils with disturbed geology, stopping water seepage and sealing shafts, underground structures, dams and tunnel linings. Scope of delivery 1 carton of 12 double chamber cartridges with 400ml, each containing comp. A 200 ml + comp. B. 200 ml.

Get your 3C silicate resin in a practical set - Carbolith PL is a proven system for professional short liner renovation, consisting of the components resin (A), hardener (B) and catalyst (C) in the following quantities: 1 x CarbolithPL component A, 23.8 kg (item no. 211-100-030) = resin / water glass 2 x CarbolithPL component B, 18 kg (item no. 211-100-010) = hardener 1 x CarbolithPL component C, 1 kg (item no. 211-100-040) = catalyst Our set saves you from having to convert the chemical mixing ratios. WILLPUR® WS HF is an instant setting, high foaming two-component injection resin. The polyurethane system is suitable for shaft and robot rehabilitation, for sealing and consolidating in water-bearing zones, especially against pressing water. The injection resin is free of CFCs and halogens.
