The short pipe plug Model UK has been specially developed for professional use in confined spaces. Thanks to its particularly compact design, this pipe sealing bladder is ideal for short pipe sockets, hard-to-access sewer connections, angled pipe systems, as well as oil and grease separator installations. Wherever conventional pipe plugs reach their limits due to their length, the UK model provides a reliable and safe solution for temporary pipe sealing.The short pipe plugs are manufactured from high-quality fabric-reinforced rubber and are characterized by their high flexibility and durability. All metal components are designed to be corrosion-resistant, making them perfectly suited for long-term professional use in sewer, pipeline, and drainage applications.Versions are available for pipe diameters from DN 50 to DN 400. Standard pipe sealing pad model U for fast and reliable sealing and shut-off of sewers, pipes and drainage inlets. These pipe stoppers are mainly used for repairs, maintenance, accidents and leak tests with water or air according to DIN EN 1610 of newly laid or renovated pipelines. Pipe stoppers are an ideal aid for water management organizations, rescuers and fire departments, but also in construction and industry. Manufactured from high-quality rubber material with fabric inlay, pipe stoppers type U are weather and temperature resistant in a temperature range from -30 oC to 80 oC and resistant to wear and waste water. The short OELU pipe sealing bags are made of high-quality rubber material with a fabric insert. All metal parts are corrosion-resistant. Versions with a diameter of 50 mm to 400 mm are available. Small Pipe Sealing Plug with Schrader Valve, 2.5 bar, Pipe Diameter 20 - 75 mm
Small pipe sealing plug "Plugy" with schrader valve for application ranges from 20 - 75 mm, suitable for all types of pipelines. The valve is protected with a metal cover. This cap can also be used to repair the valve, just put it on upside down and unscrew the valve inside. Please note: The smallest bladder has a safety chain with a large ring so that the product cannot slip into the tube and get lost. Chain and ring can be removed individually! The towing eyelet cannot be removed. For automated test procedures or other industrial applications, we therefore recommend ordering this version from us in advance without the chain and also without the shackle. Extra Short Pipe Plugs, Some With Air Hose And Schrader Valve, 25 - 350 mm
Extra short pipe plugs for temporarily closing pipes with very short pipe lengths. These pipe stoppers are mainly used when you want to close small, very short pipes with a relatively precise diameter. Due to their size, these extra short pipe closures are also ideal for short pipe lengths in the house connection area. Models / Diameter With the extra short pipe plug up to DN 75 you always get an air hose with a schrader valve for easier inflation (see pictures). You can inflate these pipe closures very easily with a bicycle pump. These pipe sealing cushions up to DN 75 only have a very small diameter range or only ONE almost exact diameter for which the pipe sealing cushions can be inflated. The larger models of this short pipe sealing cushion from DN 100 have a normal valve for inflating the pipe stopper with a compressor instead of an air hose.
