Short-Length Pipe Test Plug for Confined Spaces – PUK Series - Inflatable Bypass Plug
These compact inflatable pipe test plugs are ideal for use in confined spaces. They are particularly well suited for inlets with short spigots or for installation in complex, angled separator systems. In bypass applications, the integrated flow‑through allows wastewater to pass safely while the pipe section is securely isolated, enabling maintenance, inspection or cleaning work to be carried out without interrupting operation. For this reason, pipe plugs from the PUK series are our first choice for temporary isolation with controlled bypass flow. The shut‑off bladders are manufactured from high‑quality rubber with fabric reinforcement. All metal components are corrosion‑resistant. Various sizes are available for pipelines with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 400 mm. For special requirements, we also offer an oil-resistant version of this sealing cushion. Our pipe stoppers and shut-off plugs are made of expandable material and can be filled with liquid or air. Short Flow Pipe Sealing Cushions, Oil-Resistant PUOEL DN 50 - DN 300 mm
Flow pipe sealing cushions designed for use in confined spaces. Especially at inlets with short pipe sockets or in complex separator systems, the PUOEL flow pipe sealing cushion is the first choice. PUOEL flow pipe sealing cushions are made from high-quality rubber material with fabric reinforcement. All metal components are corrosion-resistant. Versions are available with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm. Our pipe sealing cushions and blocking bladders are made of stretchable material and can be filled with either liquid or air. Pipe Test Plug With Double Bypass, Good And Inexpensive, Diameter 35 - 2800 mm
With our test plugs with two bypasses, you can test pipes and shut them off at the same time. The vulcanization of SBR+NR rubber and high-strength fabric creates a particularly robust shut-off bladder with an excellent price-performance ratio. The test plugs are temperature-resistant between -30°C and +70°C. Thanks to their large diameter range, several pipes with different diameters can be shut off with one plug. Our test plug with 2 bypasses is available in different diameters from 35 mm to 2800 mm. The maximum working pressure is between 1.0 and 3.0 bar depending on the size, see technical data. These pipe test plugs are ideal for leak testing with water. For an additional charge, the product can also be made from NBR rubber, a material that is resistant to gas, petroleum and derivatives.
Inflatable pipe plug PU-G, extra-large bypass (2" to 12"), flow-through pipe sealing plug
Inflatable pipe plugs with an extra-large flow-through opening for applications with higher flow rates. These flow-through sealing plugs are equipped with a stainless steel bypass. The steel core is covered with a rubberized fabric sleeve, which can also be replaced. In our shop, you can choose from 13 variants with diameters ranging from 100 to 1200 mm and bypass sizes from 2" to 12". Many sizes are available in different operating pressure ratings. Models are available with operating pressures ranging from 1 bar to 3 bar, allowing you to select the most suitable version for your application. Thanks to their wide operating range, a single test plug can cover multiple pipe diameters. This simplifies product selection and reduces the number of plugs required on site.
