Sanikom Bendy T Packer For 45° and 90° Bends 35 - 350 mm Length 0,6 - 1,5 m
Bendy packer T with round corners for 45° and 90° bends and application ranges from 35 - 350 mm. These bendy packers are particularly flexible and therefore especially suitable for the renovation of pipe bends.
Robust premium product of the Slovenian manufacturer Sanikom, available in lengths of 0.6 - 1.5 m. Operating pressure of 1.5 - 3 bar, depending on version.
T-Felt-Liner With PU Coating 3,3 mm
Sanikom T-profile liner / T-Felt Liner 3.3 mm with PU coating for house connection repair. Available in different sizes, see Technical details. Dimensions of the T-profile liner: 50 cm / 25 cm (see illustration).
T- Felt Liner Impregnation- Mixing the resin and impregnating the T-liner- The resin must be mixed in the correct ratio- The resin must be mixed for 3 minutes- Pour the resin onto the liner and massage it deep into the structure of the T-Liner. Check the complete impregnation by looking into the T-liner- Impregnation (impregnation) without white spots
Fill the packer with T-Liner- Push silicone packer side connector into packer and place packer under vacuum place- Pull T-Liner over packer (positioning over inverted side port)- Invert the packer side port out with light pressure- Reduce packer pressure to invert the side port including the T-liner into the packer (without folding).- Put the packer under vacuum- Fix the T-Liner with crepe tape
Please note: The side connector should be pushed into the packer against the direction of installation.

Circum LEM Liner End Sleeve With DIBt Approval DN 150 - DN 400
The Circum LEM liner end sleeve with DIBt approval (German Institute for Structural Engineering) was developed, to protect the vulnerable liner ends. It uses mechanical compression and seals the liner ends in pipes.
Enlarging the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inliner and also permanently seals it to the host pipe. The EPDM seal's special geometry ensures the bridging and sealing of any gaps within the lined pipe end. The patented external lock prevents the deflection roller from damaging or even removing the liner end sleeve when pipes are being cleaned. Nominal diameter DN 150 - DN 400, width 250 mm.
Fully fitted and ready to mount. The Circum LEM liner end sleeve is free from environmentally harmful lubricants.
Applications
Connecting and sealing liner ends on pipes and structures, protecting vulnerable liner ends.
Sanikom Silicon Bladers Inhouse Repair System
Sanikom Silicon Bladers / T-Blader Inhouse Repair System, used for installing T Felt Liners. Silicone bladders requiring low installation pressure of 0.6 - 0.8 bar only. Several sizes available (DN 70 - 200).
Packer sleeve made of fabric-supported silicone with slight elasticity. The T-Packer is used without release agent as no resin adheres. Suitable for both cold and steam curing.
Side connection: DN 40 to DN 150 (90° or 45°).

Circum Mini Internal Rehabilitation Sleeve With DIBt Approval DN 150 - DN 800
The Circum MINI Internal rehabilitation sleeve with DIBt approval (German Institute for Structural Engineering) is an internal pipe sleeve for small to medium diameters. It is positioned over the damaged spot using an inflatable packer and then pressed against the pipe walls. Expanding the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inner pipe walls and permanently seals the damaged spot.
The Circum MINI rehabilitation sleeve with its patented, external lock ensures minimal cross-sectional reduction in the pipes and prevents passing impediments from becoming lodged. The rehabilitation sleeve is designed for internal pipe pressures of up to 16 Bar (225psi). Nominal diameter DN 150 - DN 800, width 400 to 450 mm. Free from environmentally harmful lubricants. Fully fitted and ready to mount.
Applications:
Longitudinal cracks, radial cracks, leaky pipe connections, missing wall sections, closing of unused laterals, replacing missing formwork behind inliners, part formation.
ASCOPA Rehabilitation Hose DN 800 - DN 3000
Ascopa rehabilitation hose for large and small diameters. Effective renovation for leaking pipe joints in the socket area. Sealing of socket gaps in accessible sewers and tapered socket gaps from 20 mm to 50 mm socket gap width, with an installation depth of at least 50 mm. The mode of action of the ASCOPA rehabilitation hose is that of an inflatable seal, it can be checked at any time and re-injected if necessary. Available nominal diameters: DN 800 - DN 3000.
