Conical Pipe Plugs ULK / Conical Pipe Stoppers PULK: Suitable for a wide range of pipe profiles – from egg-shaped to rectangular. Available in two versions for diameters from 150 to 2,200 mm, optionally with bypass (PULK).
Oval Profile Pipe Sealing Cushions (UV/UVP): Designed specifically for egg-shaped sewer profiles. Available in 13 models for small and large cross-sections, suitable for sealing and testing.
Pillow-shaped Sealing Cushions: Ideal for sealing wastewater and stormwater pipes, also suitable for shaft entry. Available for diameters from 1,000 to 2,200 mm.
Lifting Bags (8 / 12 bar): High-performance lifting bags reinforced with Kevlar, designed for loads up to 53 tonnes. Can be filled with air or liquid, certified to ISO 9001.

Egg-shaped pipe stoppers UV, 300 mm - 1350 mm

The oval pipe sealing plugs of the UV series are designed for the temporary sealing of egg-shaped sewer pipes during maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and repair operations. Due to their flexible rubber construction, the sealing plugs adapt optimally to the respective pipe profile, ensuring a secure and reliable seal in egg-shaped sewer systems. They are primarily used in sewer maintenance, civil engineering, and road construction, particularly in applications where conventional round pipe sealing plugs cannot be used. Pillow-Style Pipe Plugs UP, diameters 1000 mm - 2200 mm

Large inflatable pipe stoppers for use in sewers and rainwater channels. Due to the construction of the pipe plugs, they can be inserted into the sewer through the manhole. The Kevlar insert allows the construction of durable products with large diameters. There are 3 standard versions available with diameters from 1000 mm to 2200 mm. ZP Standard Lifting Bag, 8 bar, Load Capacity 30–300 kN, Lifting Height 120–350 mm

Robust lifting bag ZP 8, certified according to ISO 9001, made of high quality rubber reinforced with Kevlar insert. Different versions from 230 x 230 mm to 640 x 640 mm with varying lifting capacity from 3 - 30 tons. The square lifting bags are used in numerous applications: for lifting heavy loads as well as for spreading or aligning heavy components. Typical applications are e.g. overturned vehicles, tire changes or lifting loads after accidents. However, lifting bags are also used as standard in many industries, such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, mining, transport or defence technology. The lifting force of a lifting bag is proportional to its area and the working pressure. With a ZP 30 lifting bag with 8 bar, loads of up to 30 tons can be lifted to a height of up to 350 mm.
