Egg-shaped pipe stoppers UV, 300 mm - 1350 mm
The oval pipe sealing plugs of the UV series are designed for the temporary sealing of egg-shaped sewer pipes during maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and repair operations. Due to their flexible rubber construction, the sealing plugs adapt optimally to the respective pipe profile, ensuring a secure and reliable seal in egg-shaped sewer systems. They are primarily used in sewer maintenance, civil engineering, and road construction, particularly in applications where conventional round pipe sealing plugs cannot be used. Pillow-Style Pipe Plugs UP, diameters 1000 mm - 2200 mm
Large inflatable pipe stoppers for use in sewers and rainwater channels. Due to the construction of the pipe plugs, they can be inserted into the sewer through the manhole. The Kevlar insert allows the construction of durable products with large diameters. There are 3 standard versions available with diameters from 1000 mm to 2200 mm. Our pipe stoppers & shut-off plugs are made of expandable material and can be filled with liquid or air. ZP Standard Lifting Bag, 8 bar, Load Capacity 30–300 kN, Lifting Height 120–350 mm
Robust lifting bag ZP 8, certified according to ISO 9001, made of high quality rubber reinforced with Kevlar insert. Different versions from 230 x 230 mm to 640 x 640 mm with varying lifting capacity from 3 - 30 tons. The square lifting bags are used in numerous applications: for lifting heavy loads as well as for spreading or aligning heavy components. Typical applications are e.g. overturned vehicles, tire changes or lifting loads after accidents. However, lifting bags are also used as standard in many industries, such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, mining, transport or defence technology. The lifting force of a lifting bag is proportional to its area and the working pressure. With a ZP 30 lifting bag with 8 bar, loads of up to 30 tons can be lifted to a height of up to 350 mm. The conical pipe plug ULK offers a wide range of applications. Conical pipe plugs are used in cases of damage to pipelines, in renovation, maintenance and leak testing. Their shape allows them to be used on egg-shaped, rectangular and other profiles. They have a good chemical resistance because they are made of high quality material. 7 different sizes in diameters from 150 mm to 2200 mm are available. Our conical pipe stoppers & shut-off plugs are made of non-stretchable material and can be filled with liquid or air. PULK Conical Pipe Sealing Cushion for Testing, DN 150–2200, Pipe Plug with Bypass
PULK series with bypass offers a wide range of applications. Cone-shaped pipe stoppers are typically used for pipeline repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, and leak testing. Thanks to their design, they can be used in egg-shaped, rectangular, and other non-circular profiles. They are manufactured from high-quality, chemically resistant materials. Minor external damage can easily be repaired by the user – our team will be happy to advise you on the appropriate repair kit. 7 different sizes in diameters from 150 mm to 2200 mm are available. ZP High-Pressure Lifting Bag, 12 bar, Load Capacity 80–530 kN, Lifting Height 170–400 mm

Different square versions from 270 x 270 mm to 690 x 690 mm with varying lifting capacity from 8 - 53 tons. Flexible pipe stopper for sealing large-diameter sewer pipes. The oval sealing cushion, type UVP, adapts easily to the shape of the sewer line and is therefore suitable for rectangular or non-circular pipes as well as for classic egg-shaped sewer profiles.
