Wheel Set for HD Packers, DN 200 - 1000, Stainless Steel
This wheel set has been specially developed for HD packers. The roller carriage allows the packer to be pushed smoothly through the sewer pipe and positioned accurately at the repair site. The four robust hard-rubber wheels make the packer easier to push and position inside the pipe. By reducing contact between the resin-impregnated patch liner and the pipe invert, the roller carriage helps to minimise resin and laminate loss during insertion.

Multidimensional Lateral Packer for Straight PipesThis multidimensional, lateral rehabilitation packer has been specially developed for professional pipe rehabilitation and offers outstanding flexibility and durability. Thanks to its unique design, it is ideally suited for straight pipes as well as bends of up to 45°. With a wide range of applications from DN 25 to DN 1000 and lengths of up to 5000 mm, this packer offers maximum versatility in daily use. The innovative material construction allows for exceptionally large expansion, meaning that multiple pipe dimensions can be covered with just one packer. For example, an HD packer in size DN 125–300 covers up to five different pipe diameters – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maximum Adaptability and Ease of Use The small initial diameter allows for use even in confined spaces. At the same time, the combination of high flexibility and dimensional stability ensures optimal adaptation to different pipe diameters and guarantees a reliable, complete seal.The excellent sliding behaviour enables precise positioning – even in hard-to-reach areas. For additional flexibility, the packer can be fitted with an optional flex adapter for air-powered push rods. Efficient Pipe Rehabilitation Using the Short-Liner-MethodThe packer is fitted with a short liner, guided to the rehabilitation site within the pipe using air-powered push rods, and inflated using compressed air. After a curing period, the packer is deflated and removed. Centring Brush Set for HD Packers, DN 100 - 150
This centring brush set allows small HD Sanierungstechnik packers in sizes DN 100 - 150 to be pushed centrally and with minimal material contact through the pipe during patch repair installation. The brushes are fitted to both ends of the packer and keep it clear of the pipe wall. This reduces direct contact between the resin-impregnated patch liner and the internal pipe wall while the packer is being moved to the repair site.
